Port Services Rate Estimation

  You can now request rate estimates for container drayage, transload
and/or delivery over our website! Just go to the Port Services tab at the top left hand corner and click on the "Request Rate Estimation" link. After completing the form, your estimation will be returned to you shortly

Re-print Pickup Request Label
|

You can now re-print your pickup request labels. This option is available in "PickUp Request" menu.

Transactions

Now You can see all your previous Rate Estimate, Bill of Lading and Pickup Request online Transactions once you login.

Safety
|
|
Hazardous material listing search is available under Company Info>Safety. You could also search TSA training records once you login.

Estimates are now available for customer specific rates on the Rate Estimate Screen. (Note: login Required)

Option available to opt for ACT Guaranteed Day service while generating estimate. (Note: login Required)

Quality Survey
|

No need to login in order to fill Quality Survey now.

Pro Tracking Search
|
|
Freight charges on the PRO TRACKING SEARCH SCREEN are now available. (Note: login Required)

You can now email the Pro Search results to your email id, as an attachment.
|
|
You can also print the search results for offline viewing.
|
|
Pro Number in search results is now a link which will take you to the tracking details directly.

All Screens
|
|
Now you can see the Address of your Accounts on Customer Association screen. (Note: login Required)

If you have multiple accounts (Customer#) associated, you can now switch easily and make any account to be used as current account. (Note: login Required)

Bill of Lading
|
|
You now have an option to delete any template, which you have created and is no more required. (Note: login Required)

|
Bill of lading print is reformatted to have a place to affix your pro label.

Service Map
|

Service Maps now shows points between which no service is offered as well, along with Next day, Second day
